Brush & Vegetation Removal: Taking The Property Back
Brush removal is the workhorse service most landowners actually need. It's not a full clear — it's reclaiming the parts of your property that nature has slowly taken back.
The four most common jobs
- Boundary & edge clearing. Briars, vines, and volunteer growth swallowing the edge of the property. We cut it back so surveying, fencing, or sight-lines are clean. *Marking your boundary is on you — have it surveyed or flagged before we start.*
- Pasture reclamation. Cedars and sweetgum eating into grazing area year after year. Knock them down, let the grass come back.
- Vacant lot cleanup. Lot looking abandoned. Brush down, debris handled, lot presentable for sale or build.
- Ditch banks & roadsides. Vegetation choking drainage or blocking visibility.
How we choose the method
- Mulch in place — fastest and cheapest. No piles to deal with.
- Cut and pile for burn — where burning is allowed and you want a clean look fast.
Most jobs are a mix. We'll walk it and tell you which option fits.
What it costs
- Light brush, mulched in place: $1,200–$2,000 per acre
- Boundary line clearing: $250–$600 per 100 ft
- Heavy lot cleanup: $2,500–$5,500+
Will it grow back?
Knockdown buys you a season or two. For longer control we can pair removal with stump treatment or schedule annual touch-up passes.
